1. How do we get your information?

TMate Software uses YouTrack, developed by JetBrains s.r.o., to track issues and provide support for its customers. This product is covered by JetBrains Privacy Policy. However, since this product is running on TMate Software servers, we also get access to the data, collected by this product.

TMate Websites

• In order to obtain a license for one of TMate Software products, you may be asked to sign up at one of TMate websites, such as subgit.com, svnkit.com, etc. The signup form typically includes your first and last name, your email address and your company name.
• When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This information, however, is not stored by us. 
• Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
